Cyornis nicobaricus - Nicobar Jungle Flycatcher
This uncommon species is migratory and is endemic to the Nicobar Islands. It inhabits dense thickets and forests (BirdLife International 2019).

According to the IUCN Red List assessment, the population of this species is declining, with current population estimate of 1,450-13,300 individuals. The threat to its persistence comes from habitat degradation due to agricultural and commercial developments (BirdLife International 2019).
