This is also known as the Chevron-breasted Babbler.

Photo Gallery and Species Biology
This species is uncommon. It inhabits tall tree evergreen forests of India (mainly in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, and Manipur), China, and Myanmar at 300m-2,010m altitude. It congregates in a small flock and mostly forages on boring beetles and woodlice. Its breeding season occurs during May-June (BirdLife International 2018).
Conservation Status:

According to the IUCN Red List assessment, the population of this species is declining, with the current population estimate of 2,500-9,999 individuals. The threat to its persistence comes from habitat disturbance due to logging and shifting cultivation (BirdLife International 2018).
